Daniel Finkelman is a director and producer, founder of Sparks Next Productions and the creative force behind Daniel Finkelman Films. Based in Brooklyn, with productions reaching from São Paulo to Tel Aviv.
Since 2009 he's been behind some of the most influential projects in contemporary Jewish cinema: the limited series Handles, the feature The Performance starring Jeremy Piven, the acclaimed The Vigil, plus 254, Utopia, The Wedding Dress, The Badchan and House Is On Fire.
His work has been featured in the New York Times, Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, with millions of views worldwide. His short film Opening Night was screened at festivals from São Paulo to San Diego, and is still considered a turning point for the genre.
HOSHEN works alongside Daniel on major productions and PR campaigns, when the project demands someone who can speak both the Jewish entertainment industry and global cinema at the same level.
